It is rare that at the end of the day I realize that I have barely taken any photos … we were at a farewell party in the evening, but I did not take a single shot.
So, what I took pics of was my work out today: broke my 10K record by running a steady 10.5kph for nearly 1h.
Then I did not really plan on going that much further (if I had planned that I might have stayed at a higher pace), but I ended up bringing in my second best half marathon time to date.
Aaaaaand as an extra special bonus, my Apple Watch gave me a special Turkey Day bonus badge for not just eating but also working out.
With my first ‘real’ half marathon coming up in 2 and a half weeks, this is the last week that I should push at 100%, next week I will start tapering.
