First full day in SG

Starting at 7AM with a nice 10K run.

Some I’ve done before, some was new, like finding my way back by taking a staircase to get over the ECP / Benjamin Sheares Flyover (there is a ‘future pedestrian bridge’ planned according to model at Singapore City Gallery)

Home, shower, Julius still sleeping

We leave 10 to have laksa at Sungei Road (the one I wanted to try in December and it was closed) for breakfast, no line at this time, Julius has chicken rice.

Arab street / mosque / malay heritage center / sim lim square / hotel

some more mall exploration with R: Bugis+ Bugis junction Suntec

back by 4 and out again by 5, dinner at Albert Hawker Centre: Young Tau Fu (place which usually has a super long line), wonton soup for J, wonton noodle for R, then also YTF for R, I get carrot cake, and then dessert: cendol for me, red bean with creamy something for R (Julius left early to go back ‘home’)

I do some more walking around and then supermarket at Bugis junction .. overall 39K steps today
