Our friend Francesco was in town again and we headed out for a nice seafood dinner at L’Etoile, a somewhat new restaurant in Moncalieri, run by an ex-waiter of Al Castello.
We were surprised to see so much seafood on the menu and happily opted for that … we had tartar of tuna and swordfish. The portions are huge and that would have been enough for me, but curiosity got the better of me and I went for the mixed grill platter, which again, was huge.
No idea how we managed to still get some dessert in, but that panna cotta was very nice. As usual, at some point Julius just fell asleep on 2 chairs.
