Königsberger Klopse

Haven’t made this German meatball specialty in a while and I am always happy when Ritsu says “these are my favourite” …

And by now I can count on Julius to be of actual help turning the meat mass into little balls.

Whoever came up with the idea of chopping anchovies and mix them with minced meat … deserves a medal!
