Last Sunday while enjoying great food at Cascina Vrona, we got a surprise gift: A goose egg!
I had never even seen one before, and comparing it to a regular chicken egg I would say it is triple the size (by volume)

I had no real idea what to do with it, so I ended up doing a sunny side up, just to get an idea about the size and the flavor.
Some recipes I found recommend to use it in scrambled eggs and omelets, but what is the fun in that?
